Accommodation
Eddy’s of Canowindra provides accommodation for 2 – 32 people with 10 bedrooms (4 with ensuites).
There is also a double disabled room with ensuite that is easily accessible to wheelchairs and all bedrooms feature individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning with french doors
opening onto a large verandah.
Our large commercial kitchen is available for you to use at your convenience, which opens onto
a large semi enclosed deck with BBQ area and washing services available.
You are also able to hostyour own party with a large dining room and plenty of entertaining space.
A spacious recreation/media room is also available for meetings, workshops, movies and TV viewing.
Rates, terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions for using the accommodation and facilities at Eddy’s of Canowindra. To maintain quality accommodation for our guests, we require all guests to comply with the following conditions.
On payment of your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:
Bookings and Cancellations
1. A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking and is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 14 days of requested date.
2. Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Credit card details are mandatory at the time of booking and will be kept for a period of 7 days – this is to cover any additional costs incurred
including, but not limited to, any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning requirements, extra guests, etc.
4. Full payment for the booking must be received in 14 days prior to occupancy. If not, Eddys of Canowindra reserves the right to cancel the
booking and attempt to rebook the accommodation.
Check In – Check Out
5. On departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
6. Please confirm your arrival time with our Manager on 0498 729 947 to ensure the facilities are ready for your arrival.
7. Checkout time is 2:00pm on a Sunday or 10am every other day.
Facilities
8. All linen and bath towels are provided for guests of Eddys of Canowindra only and are to remain on the premises.
9. The number of guests shall not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or as previously agreed in writing.
10. Fees will apply for additional guests.
11. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the responsibility of all guests during their stay.
12. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of stay and loss of room fees.

13. The owner takes no responsibility for any guest’s personal property.
14. Strictly no pets allowed.
15. Strictly no smoking in the building.
16. The fire places are ornamental and must not be lit.
17. There is a $500 call out fee for the fire brigade for a false smoke alarm.
The person responsible for setting off the alarm will be charged.
There are emergency contact numbers at the back door if you do set off the alarm and need to call the fire brigade before they attend.

Tariffs
Accommodation at Eddy’s of Canowindra can be rented by the room or you can choose to rent the entire building for a discounted rate.
Hiring the entire building
We also hire the building for parties, engagements, weddings, hens weekends, club and group events, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, classes, school groups*, cycling groups*, coach tours* and any other special occasions and celebrations. If you have a plan – we can probably accommodate it.

We offer flexible check in and check out options and can also arrange for local transport, tours, entertainment and catering professionals to prepare your meals (including packed lunches) each day.
Booking of the entire building will grant you exclusive access to our fully stocked commercial kitchen for the duration of your stay. The commercial kitchen is otherwise shared between guests.
